Restore your Body and Mind with BREATH!.

Breathing is a vital function that affects our physical, physiological, mental, and emotional well-being. For our body to function optimally and mind to be centered and focused, it plays a pivotal role. In today’s society, where good health is becoming elusive, expensive, and out of reach, breath is the easily available medicine and supplement. Learning how to breathe consciously and with the correct technique enables the Body and mind to start working in alignment with breath and create an environment for healing and rejuvenation. Each individual is unique and requires a specialized practice to suit their need, and the flexible nature of breath provides an opportunity to be as diverse and adaptable to any need and condition.

At Insha, we teach conscious breathing techniques integrated with other tools to facilitate healing through individual and group sessions under the guidance of experienced therapists. We believe in empowering our students with daily practices consisting of breathing, movement, and mindfulness techniques to take ownership of their health and well-being.

Benefits of Conscious Breathing:

R

It can reduce anxiety and depression by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for relaxation and calmness.

R

It can improve chronic pain by increasing oxygen delivery to the tissues and reducing inflammation.

R

It can help with anger issues by releasing pent-up emotions and enhancing self-control.

R

It can help with trauma and post-traumatic stress by facilitating the processing of traumatic memories and restoring a sense of safety.

R

It can help with grief and loss by allowing us to express our feelings and find acceptance.

R

It can help with the emotional effects of physical illness by boosting our immune system and improving our quality of life.

Breathing therapy is a simple yet powerful way to improve our health and happiness. By learning how to breathe properly and consciously, we can access our inner resources and transform our lives.

Course at Inshaa has been one of the most transformational and enriching journeys of my life. The program changed my understanding of yoga in the most positive way. The course was designed with great care, combining traditional yogic knowledge with practical learning that could be applied in real life. From yoga philosophy and pranayama to anatomy, spine structure, asanas, relaxation techniques, and breath awareness, every topic was taught in a simple yet impactful manner. The training was not limited to theory alone. The practical sessions, teaching exercises, and guided group activities made the learning process engaging and enjoyable and cultivated awareness, discipline, compassion, and a deeper understanding of the connection between body, breath, and mind.
What truly made this course special was the dedication and guidance of the course director, teachers and mentors. Their patience, encouragement, and personal attention created a warm and motivating environment where learning felt natural and inspiring. The one-on-one mentoring sessions added immense value and helped me improve both personally and professionally. By the end of the program, I felt active physically, calmer mentally, and far more aware of the importance of holistic well-being. This course was much more than a certification program – it was a journey of self-growth, discipline, and inner transformation. I would sincerely recommend the program to anyone who wants to deepen their practice, become a confident yoga teacher, or simply experience the life-changing benefits of yoga in a genuine and meaningful way.
